Puerto Galera

Summer is not complete if you haven't tried going to the beach! And now we're in Puerto Galera. So I'm with my friends the BNN CLB to enjoy our vacation outside the metro.

People might say where is Puerto Galera? It is located in Oriental Mindoro and you need to travel via ferry/ boat to visit the place.

Our Itinerary (we just need to book a place to stay for 3 Days and 2 Nights) which we schedule from Friday to Sunday. (Via Online)

Friday (DAY1)

We travel via public transportation so it will take time for us so be early as possible.

* Meetup in DLTB Terminal. It was a good idea to travel early in the morning to avoid rush passengers and heavy traffic along EDSA.

* Ride a bus going to Batangas Pier. (take 2hrs or more depending on traffic and speed of the bus)

* Batangas Pier. You need to buy tickets for the ferry / terminal fee. It will take more than 2hrs to arrived the port in Puerto Galera.

* When you reach the port you will need to pay for Environmental Fee. Ride a vehicle to your perspective Hotel/Resort to stay in.

So we are so tired with the travel time we had we just rest in day 1. And go around the shore, swimming and enjoy the beauty of Galera. They also have night life here. So many bars open at night, you can also enjoy watching poi dancing and you can have your massage along the shore.

Day 1 ended. ( it was a nice day i need a full sleep for tomorrow)

Saturday (DAY2)

Hello Galera! We had our free breakfast (the resort we are staying offer free breakfast and you can choose in the menu). We are planning to take our tour in the afternoon. As of now rest and enjoy the beauty of the shore.

About 1pm is our call time in our island hopping, and it started to rain! Is it a blessing? But its getting cold now.. grrrrr... But we really enjoy the snorkeling part of our island hopping. You can say this is the climax of our Puerto Galera journey.

We can see the corals, the variety of fish, sea urchin and see everything under the sea. It was a really really really worth it thing! All i can say is.. AMAZING..

We go back to the resort and take a rest. A tiresome day but it's fun and exciting. Night has come and we decide to play a board game! Is it also good to bring card and board games in your travel especially to form bonds with your friends.

Day 2 has ended.

Sunday (DAY3)

Last day in Puerto Galera, And i wanna stay for another night but sadly we need to go home by afternoon. We had our free breakfast again in our resort. And spend the last hours by buying souvenirs and eat kebab. 1pm is our call time and we need to go early to be able to ride the ferry on time.

3D 2N in Puerto Galera... is somehow short but I was able to enjoy the beauty of Galera, the fresh air, the snorkeling experience, the night life, bonding with friends, exploring new places, taking photos, and lastly a fun fun fun vacation. More Travels to come.
